This policy explains what information Battle Buddy (at battlebuddyloans.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is an initiative of Homexa® and is run by Austin Hellickson, Managing Broker at LPT Realty, 1230 Fryar Ave, Sumner, WA 98390.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, property address and any details or messages you send through a form, by phone, text or email.

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, the site you came from, device and browser type, and approximate location based on your IP address. This is gathered with cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

• To answer your request and follow up with you.
• To prepare a listing plan, a cash offer request, a referral or other help you asked for.
• To introduce you to an independently licensed real estate professional, buyer, lender or other provider, only when your request calls for it.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate professionals.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that help run this site and our follow-up, such as our customer relationship management system, our website host and our analytics provider, and with the real estate professionals or other providers described above. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic, and Cloudflare for hosting, security and performance. These services may set cookies or read similar identifiers. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed to respond to you, to carry out a transaction you asked for, and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. After that we delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of storing or sending information is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
